Ben Dodge
Ben is a Physics Ph.D. student in the group with broad interests in using novel inference algorithms to analyze large astrophysical datasets. Currently, he is developing techniques for mapping the Milky Way's circumgalactic medium in three dimensions using stellar absorption line surveys. Before coming to Stanford, he received his B.A. in Physics from Princeton University, where he worked on Milky Way merger dynamics. When he is not learning physics, Ben enjoys baking, bouldering, walking, and traveling by train.
