Mark Zhu

Mark is a sophomore (Class of 2026) at Stanford planning on majoring in Physics. He joined the research group in the summer of 2023 and is currently studying weak galactic magnetic fields by developing computational and statistical methods of mapping low signal-to-noise polarization data. Mark is from Chicago and enjoys playing piano, long distance running, and hiking.
